LAWFUL CONTRACTS

There are four main parts to a lawful (and legal) contract...

    1) Offer
    2) Acceptance
    3) Consideration
    4) Signature's of all parties to the contract

An Offer... An offer is any presentment of any kind since everything is in bankruptcy the only way anything can take place is by contract (contractual agreement). So therefore any presentment is essentially a contractual agreement (offer). You have to gain the permission (License) from the Sovereign before you can proceed with anything...

Acceptance... Acceptance is usually, because of the way things are, your silence (Assent - agreement by silence or failing to properly (by policy) respond to the presentment). In other words they make a statement (offer) and you do not refuse for a valid reason then they assume (make a presumption in Law (Law = Contract) that you have given them permission (acceptance - License) to proceed with the contract... note. All lawyers have to be given permission (License) to participate in a contract (commerce). Everything is a Contract and is in Commerce because we are in bankruptcy everything must be conducted by contract (law).

Consideration... Consideration is anything of value, (valuable consideration(s)) like FRN's. Also, especially with the current system that we are under, performance of some kind. Like, spending time in JAIL so that they can receive Federal FUNds for each 'prisoner' (asset). Most of the time the benefit is the consideration, ie. the ability to 'discharge' rather than 'pay' a debt. Socialism is a consideration, give 'US' all your money and we will make sure that everyone is TAKEN care of from cradle to grave (gas/shower chamber). Ooops!, there are too many useless eaters so therefore we must 'cull (manage) the herd' so that everyone can get there fair share!

Signatures of all Parties to the Contract... This is where the rubber meets the road. In order for a signature to be valid it must be given knowingly, voluntarily, and with a clear (conscious intent) act of the party signing. In other words full disclosure with everything spelled out in a clear and reasonably understandable way. A unilateral contract, by its very nature, is unlawful & illegal because a real alive (Natural) 'person' cannot contract with a fiction of, at, or in Law. Therefore, this would be a valid reason for refusal... ie. I hereby return this presentment, without dishonor, because I have no contract containing My bona fide and genuine signature with the above Fiction. I have never knowingly, voluntarily, and with conscious intentional acts ever signed any contract with FICTIONAL FEDERAL AGENCY.

The main question(s) that I would ask for are the following:

Where is the Lawful contract containing My bona fide and genuine signature that gives you the Right (permission - License) to obtain any consideration (performance) from Me? -OR- Where is the Law (contract - since everything is in bankruptcy) that requires Me to perform any act or to give any information to you.

You are a third party in this dispute of legal (or Lawful) Right(s) (or) Title. I hereby deny you permission (License) to interfere in this matter. -OR- I have no contract with you in this matter. I deny you permission (License) of being a party in this dispute of Title and/or legal Right(s).
