It's been a very interesting last few days! I want to make a few comments. First of all, I'd like to say kudos to Jeff Rense (http://www.sightings.com) who first aired the story & to Art Bell (http://www.artbell.com) for his airing as well. Looks like there is some healthy competition going on between Jeff & Art which can only work to our benefit. The most Important thing, however, is that THE STORY WAS TOLD. Everything else is moot. You can listen to both in the archives for Wednesday night at their respective websites. I must also thank the VERY BRAVE FAA official & the reporter from Maine!
Second, after you read Will Thomas' press release below, please keep in mind that CACTUS (Citizens Against Chemtrails U.S.) would like you to include the following when you begin to contact your own local media:
Ask the following questions: Who authorized the expenditure? Whose budget are the expenses drawn against? Did Congress authorize the expenditure? Whose committee has oversight for the management of the citizen's tax dollars?
By law there has to be committee oversight & the money has to originate with the Congress. Follow the money trail.
It would be a federal crime to cover up expenditure of millions or billions of dollars without oversight by the Congress. If massive amounts of our tax dollars &/or government money is being spent without approval - somewhere in the equation, Congress & others involved are breaking federal law. Under federal law, they are putting themselves at risk of prison. Pressure & responsibility mounts as citizens focus on expenditure of money under their responsibility. Follow the money trail.

FAA Confirms Ongoing Military Operation Over U.S. East Coast
PORTLAND, ME -- A FAA official in charge of air traffic control over the northeastern U. S. has confirmed an ongoing military operation in America's skies. In an exclusive taped interview with freelance radio reporter S. T. Brendt, the Air Traffic Control (ATC) manager said he was told on as many as four occasions in March, 2001 to re-route commercial air traffic around military aircraft taking part in an undisclosed aerial operation over the northeastern seaboard.
On her way to the interview location, Brendt observed six big jets laying brilliant white lines above a broken cloud layer. Instead of dissipating like normal condensation trails, these lingering plumes grew wider & wider, intersecting & merging. Speaking on condition of strict anonymity as intense chemtrail activity continued overhead, this Deep Sky federal aviation source expressed concern over the classified nature of military operations repeatedly conducted at altitudes between 37,000 & 40,000 feet. While air traffic controllers normally ignore air traffic above 10,000 feet, the ATC manager said he was ordered to divert incoming European air traffic away from the military planes.
When asked why, he said, I was told there was a military exercise in the area. Of course, they wouldn't give me any of the particulars.
The initial FAA disclosure came on March 12, as mass aerial maneuvers saturated northeastern U.S. skies with Xs, circular patterns & parallel lines characteristic of chemtrail activity reported by pilots, police officers & former military personnel across the United States.
Brendt contacted the FAA official after counting more than 30 big jets spreading persistent plumes within 45 minutes. Lou Aubuchont confirmed Brendt's count, noting that during his stint in U.S. Navy intelligence he had never seen a military exercise of such magnitude.
After Brendt called in her sightings, assistant WMWV news director Richard Dean counted 370 chemical trails criss-crossing his nearby location for six-&-a-half hours. But local Air Traffic Controllers reported only nine commercial jets on their radars at the time.
Thousands of eyewitnesses have reported similar spray activity obscuring North American skies over the past two years.
In December 2000 Canadian aviation authority Terry Stewart investigated a Victoria caller's complaint of intensive chemtrail activity over the British Columbia capitol. In a taped message, the environmental manager for the Victoria International Airport checked with the control tower & reported, it's a military exercise, U.S. & Canadian air force exercise that's going on. They wouldn't give me any specifics on it. Stewart added that he found the incident - one of hundreds reported over B.C. since the fall of 1998 - very odd. The aircraft laying lingering X's & grids over Vancouver Island have been photo-identified as USAF KC-135 & KC-10 aerial refueling tankers. U.S. Air Force Weather Force Specialists intent on fulfilling an official USAF mission to Own the Weather refer to chemical cloud cover spread by highflying tankers as aerial obscuration.
Outbreaks of acute upper respiratory & gastrointestinal illness, fatigue, headaches, joint pain, dizziness, & nose bleeds have filled hospital emergency rooms across the U.S. & Canada following heavy spray days.
In November, 1999, 550 residents of the small town of Espanola, Ontario presented a petition to the Canadian government demanding an explanation & an end to aerial spraying by USAF tankers they claimed was making children & adults sick over a 55 sq. mile area. The Air Force denied flying tankers over Espanola. The Canadian defense ministry has yet to respond to the citizens' complaint.
On Nov. 20, 1999, Brendt was admitted to hospital with a gushing nosebleed & pains in her chest after inadvertently photographing dozens of chemtrails over Parsonsfield, Maine. Nosebleeds are a common symptom of chemtrail exposure.
Now I know what this is, Brendt says. I never get nosebleeds.

In order to disperse the clouds & make possible clear air space for its bombers, NATO aircraft, by dropping special chemicals into atmosphere caused unprecedented droughts that may last several decades, even a hundred years, depending on global meteorological conditions.
"Thanks to the documents we have acquired & to our analyses, we are contending that use of chemical means in this areas started over Tuzla in 1994", two experts have said. Same happened again in April 1999 over FR of Yugoslavia, first above towns of Vrnjacka Banja, Trstenik & Kraljevo, & shortly later over Nis, & then above Negotin, Zajecar & Smederevo. On April 5th in the evening, skies over Nis were overcast, rain being expected any time. Then, after the air sortie, sky suddenly become red, clouds started swirling & disappeared & latter that night Nis was bombed. Same night town of Aleksinac suffered damage while same happened to Negotin & Prahovo next evening. Ever since in these areas there is a great, unprecedented drought, said Prof. Dr. Dimitrije Stefanovic, professor of the Faculty of Electronics of the University of Nis to the Belgrade daily "Politika".
In the region of southern Serbia, from Leskovac to Aleksinac, thus also over the Nis, on ten occasions use of termo - lighting bombs was registered. This bombs exploded in the atmosphere were rising the temperature to over 3.000 degrees centigrade. Shining light made possible to aircraft to "see" targets on the ground while consequences only have to be seen. Due to such programmed explosions taking place at the altitude between 2500 & 3000 meters, large quantities of energy were discharged causing shifting of layers of the atmosphere & strong winds. Thus, rain-bearing clouds rise to higher strata where get concentrated &, at the temperature of 10° centigrade bellow zero, hailing is formed. If any precipitation occurs, it would be large hailing that destroys crops, said the Nis professors. That, unfortunately happened in May 1999 in the South Morava valley, near Leskovac.
