Battle for Sovereignty
All of US
Please review the following article! The wolf has many disguises! The NWO is the same old song utilizing a modern verse!
Clinton is a traitor & should be dealt with as a traitor because that he what he is! You be the judge!
You cannot trust the courts. Attorneys at law (liars & thieves) run the courts & many become politicians. Term limits are essential for a free republic. It is very simple - one term! We know better! Ballots initiatives are the answers. Politicians then must listen to the people!
Politicians cause wars! In the U.S. we have a political elite that manage the public business called government. What is the average length of holding office for Congress & the Senate? These rulers maintain their status over the sovereign Citizens by force (military rule-the Constitution is very clear NO STANDING ARMY, only a NAVY)! This must stop immediately!
Public servants are to serve & protect - not govern & police!
Wake up America,
before you find yourself at a
wake for America!I am what I am!
KatmanMore better later.
Never forget!
P.S. We don't have money, we don't own our property, our vote does not count, there is no law, order or justice & they want to kill US.
John Pugsley The Battle for Sovereignty
You don't have to have the IQ of a brain surgeon to know there are already multiple layers of government vying for control over each of US. Depending on the nation in which you live, local, county, state, & national politicians squabble & often war over the right to be your sovereign. So why do we need an International Criminal Court?
The idea of a world 'government' is by no means new. Throughout history the most coveted prize has been control of the world, & contenders the likes of Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Genghis Kahn, Hitler & Stalin have reached for that gold ring. For the past few decades, the battle for universal sovereignty has been recast in a more politically palatable form called One-World Government, with the United Nations as the prototype.
On New Year's Eve, in what U.N. expert Henry Lamb said "may be the most egregious act of his entire tenure," Clinton carried on the crusade for the omnipotent state by authorizing the signing of the treaty creating an International Criminal Court (ICC). It is an idea that has been on the United Nation's wish list for over 50 years, & it's hard not to view it as a giant step toward one-world government.
In essence, the ICC is conceived to be a supranational criminal court, with jurisdiction over every human on earth, & under the control of the United Nations. It would have worldwide legal authority to bring individuals who are accused of "genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, & crimes of aggression" in front of a panel of judges drawn from U.N. member nations. The Statute authorizes the ICC to seize anyone, anywhere, for any reason: they don't even have to be accused of war crimes. The ICC prosecutor may issue an arrest warrant "to ensure that the person does not obstruct or endanger the investigation or the court proceedings."
Its supporters have suggested that while initially the court will have the power to extradite & put on trial individuals accused of "crimes against humanity," it will ultimately be able to extradite & try citizens of all countries for everything from war crimes to environmental offenses. The Court's backers have immense popular support for a court modeled in the tradition of the Nuremberg Tribunal. How many people, reading about the atrocities in Bosnia, didn't favor hanging Milosevic?
Clinton is not a lone Machiavellian with a dream of world domination. The Ford Foundation, the John D. & Catherine T. Mac Arthur Foundation, the Open Society Institute, the European Union, the governments of Germany, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, & the United Kingdom are providing funding for the coalition for an International Criminal Court.
The idea of an International Criminal Court has raised an outcry by a handful of patriotic nationalists around the world. They cry that such a court supercedes national sovereignty, thus putting citizens of all countries under the thumb of an international body composed of a hodge-podge of representatives of despots, religious fanatics, feudal tribal chiefdoms, socialist "peoples republics" & miscellaneous other idiotic regimes.
In the United States, critics warn that the ICC subjects American citizens to a code of criminal justice bereft of the rights supposedly safeguarded by the Bill of Rights such as a right to a jury trial, the presumption of innocence until proven guilty & a right to a speedy trial.
The stated objective of the Court is a noble one: to deter genocide, aggression & man's inhumanity to man. Unfortunately, the proposed cure is a larger dose of the virus. Man's inhumanity to man cannot be solved by expanding the power of government, which is the bottom line of the ICC initiative.
In truth, atrocities aren't inhuman at all...just the opposite: they are very human. As all of history attests, atrocities & attempted genocides have been the norm, rather than the exception. The systematic & ruthless murder of innocents is not the bailiwick of psychotics or deviants, as one would like to believe, but is the normal behavior of both sides during wars. For armies in conflict, the slaughter of the innocent & the helpless has been the ultimate tactic of choice.
Charley Reese, columnist for The Orlando Sentinel, points out that war-crimes tribunals are kangaroo courts in which the victors in a conflict seek vengeance on the losers. Reese noted: "Slobodan Milosevic, as president of Yugoslavia, tried to prevent the components of the Yugoslavian Federation from seceding. In that, how is he any different from Abe Lincoln? Milosevic used force. So did Lincoln. The difference is that Lincoln won & Milosevic lost."
War crimes are the consequence of war, & war is the result of vesting power in the hands of politicians. The end of war crimes & atrocities won't come from expanding the power of the sovereign state, but by removing that power.
The flaw in the concept of an International Criminal Court is the premise that any group of politicians, national or ultranational, should have sovereignty over you & me. It shouldn't. The rational world, & our goal, is a world of sovereign individuals.
