Use the FOIA
to get the Records
In regards to this IRS letter, have you sent it to the IRS? I was wondering what results that you got. I (SNIP) still have withholding tax, and they are sending me letters about owing money for back then. I'm not quite sure what to do, but I know that they don't have any right to my money. I do feel that I can contribute a bit to the so-called government, but if the income tax is wholly voluntary, I volunteer to give what I'm giving now, and not what they think that I should give. Any feedback from you would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Use the FOIA letter to get the records that the IRS has on you so you can correct them. This FOIA letter is to a different department & they have no reason not to reply to you. The IRS letter has 106 questions & I will add some more when I receive the results of my FOIA letter then I will send it in.
The IRS asked for an extension (that was a change), & the IRS addressed ME in my proper lawful name, in upper & lower case letters. I believe this is a lawful process & it makes sense to ME. The IRS will not or can not answer these questions. If you study the websites listed in the letter you will realize the fraud of the IRS perpetrated against most Americans.
I appreciate the correspondence & applaud your stance but understand your fear or concern. IFF you have an understanding accountant or relative use their address. They can forward the info when they receive it. Don't forget to send the letter certified with a return green card showing recipt of your letter.
It is most likely you pay all lawful taxes. The Constitution allows for 2 types of taxes - direct & indirect taxes. For direct taxes to be lawful the taxes must be fair & equal to all inhabitants of the land. In fact, the Sec of the Treasury after taking a census then sends the govenor a bill for him to collect & that's how the direct taxation works. Have you reeived a letter from the Sec of Treasury telling you of your portion of the tax bill?
Taxes can also be excise taxes whereby you exercise your right whether you purchase the product or not. An example of excise taxes is liquor or gasoline. One could certainly argue whether gasoline excise tax is fair because 1 does not have a choice b/c the oil cartels are in bed with the car mfgs & govt.
These are terrible times we live. We don't have money, we don't own our property, our vote does not count, there is no law order or justice & they want to kill US.
Live & let live.
I am what I am.
